Inspiring Scotland, in partnership with Scottish Government, has launched the new Survivors of Childhood Abuse Fund.
The new fund is part of Scottish Government’s commitment to supporting all survivors of childhood abuse in Scotland, regardless of their circumstances.
The purpose of the fund is to support the recovery and resilience of survivors by enhancing capacity and capability of third sector and community-based organisations who provide dedicated support. Its aims are to support all survivors in having equal access to services in Scotland, address waiting lists for support, encourage collaboration and innovation amongst third sector providers and build integration with statutory services.
Inspiring Scotland and Scottish Government particularly welcome applications from organisations with a proven track record of supporting survivors of Childhood abuse in Scotland. Applications can be submitted by individual organisations and those working together in collaboration.
The deadline for applications is 12pm on Friday 1st November.
