The purpose of the new forums is to provide the third sector in Falkirk with a stronger, more coherent voice in the community planning process.
The forums mirror the themes of the Community Planning Partnership and build on our existing forums on Community Care and Health (CCHF), and the Voluntary Sector Children’s Services Forum, with issues arising from the forums will be taken forward by a representative of the Forum to the relevant Community Planning Partnership meeting, supported by CVS Falkirk staff.
The forums are open to representatives of third sector organisations in Falkirk, both paid and unpaid, who provide services in areas relating to the forums. You are more than welcome to join the forum on the day, but we do ask if possible for you to register your interest by contacting David Gardener by email: david@cvsfalkirk.org.uk
All new Forums will take place within CVS Falkirk, unit 6, Callendar Business Park, Callendar Road, Falkirk, FK1 1XR
