Falkirk District Association for Mental Health (FDAMH) will be holding two new upcoming training courses:
Mindfulness for Wellbeing
This course takes place every Tuesday for 8 weeks, beginning on Tuesday 17th October, 6:30pm – 8:30pm at Braes High School, Newlands Road, Reddingmuirhead, Brightons, Falkirk, FK2 0DA.
Mindfulness for Wellbeing aims to help participants learn how to reduce stress, handle their thoughts and emotions more effectively, and live a happier and more balanced life, while learning the practice of mindfulness.

COSCA Certificate in Counselling Skills
A certified course, the COSCA Certificate in Counselling Skills is for anyone looking to further their personal development while gaining enhanced listening and communication skills, or for those interested in becoming a counsellor.
The course takes place over a full academic year in Cumbernauld and begins on Tuesday 9th January, at a cost of £1000 per delegate.
