FDAMH provides a variety of services to support the mental health of people aged 16 and over. Services include: Immediate Help Service if you are in emotional crisis or want to talk to someone / work out a way forward; support for Families and Carers; Social Prescribing; Creative and Social Groups; Counselling; Educational Groups covering topics such as Anxiety, self-esteem, sleep; and Support Groups for Carers and people Bereaved by Suicide. All services during the pandemic are largely accessed via telephone and online environments. When permitted, limited face-to-face services are available for those who cannot use alternatives.
