There will be a meeting in Bo’ness on Thursday 3rd October, 1:30pm – 3:30pm, to discuss the possibility of setting up a local voluntary hospital transport service for cancer patients, similar to Meadowbank Car 4U in Polmont, and The Driving Force in Bonnybridge.
The meeting will take place in the upstairs room of the Bo’ness Library, Scotland’s Close, Bo’ness, EH51 0AH, and aims to establish if there is a need and desire to have this service in Bo’ness.
Meadowbank Car 4U will deliver a presentation on how they started, and their system. Afterwards, there will be a discussion on how the community wishes to take the idea forward.
