Cedar Lodge School in Belfast is the latest school to benefit from a partnership between Lord’s Taverners and BT, who have invested money over the last six years to create 25 special multi-sensory rooms across the UK.
Funding to create special multi-sensory spaces will re-open for applications on Thursday 1st September 2016. The funding is available through the Lord’s Taverners Sensory Room Small Grants Programme, for schools catering for children with severe learning and physical disabilities.
The small grants programme will offer grants of up to £5,000 towards sensory corners and sensory rooms. Deadline for the Small Grants Programme will close on Wednesday 30th November 2016.
