Lone Wolf Women’s next free Shout Out Sunday (SOS) session will take place this coming Sunday 13 September 2027, 10am – 12pm at 4 Castings Court, Middlefield Industrial Estate, Falkirk, FK2 9HQ.
Lone Wolf Women is part of Lone Wolf High Performance Training, which is currently in the pre-start up phase of social enterprise development. The SOS sessions take place every second Sunday, and aim to provide a relaxed, fun, safe, and non-judgmental space where women can connect, build and maintain relationships, increase their confidence, and feel empowered through exercise and nutrition. Sessions include refreshments, discussion, and some structured movement and exercise. Women do not need a background in exercise or nutrition to attend.
