Job Title: Media and Campaigns Manager
Salary: £31,438 – £37,844 (Band D) per annum
Working Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday- Friday)
Contract: 2 Years Fixed Term (with possible extension)
Location: Currently home-based (Normal location is National Park Headquarters, Balloch)
Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park Authority is looking for a passionate and experienced media professional to join their communications team and lead the National Park Authority’s media and PR activity.
With a strong background in PR, either in-house or with a PR agency, you will ensure that the National Park Authority’s profile in the media remains high, positive and focused on their strategic priorities.
Brilliant at building relationships, with both internal colleagues and contacts across all media sectors, you’ll be highly skilled at seeking out and telling great stories for a range of audiences.
You will also have the experience to run a smooth press office function and provide sound advice on reputational issues in a fast-paced and sometimes time pressured environment.
As well as working with print and broadcast media, you will have an excellent understanding of digital media and be confident in creating engaging content for different channels and audiences.
You’ll also be an effective forward planner, managing a range of projects and topics with the ability to think strategically to help align their communications with their key corporate objectives.
As well as top-notch organisational skills, you’ll also have the creative flair to lead the development and delivery of engaging campaigns across the full range of communications channels.
