As part of their Living Right Up To The End project, which aims to provide support from within communities to people living with deteriorating health conditions, Strathcarron Hospice Community Development Team are holding a breakfast launch on Tuesday 21st November from 8:30am at Strathcarron Hospice, Randolph Hill, Denny, FK6 5HJ.
People with long term conditions, and their carers, face a number of challenges as their health declines. The project aims to support people in a variety of ways to enable them to continue to live as well as they can and to make plans for the future, if they so desire.

It will also provide a befriending service and a range of information, along with the new Circles of Support.
