LGBT Youth Scotland (LGBTYS) has launched their new “Life in Scotland” online survey to gather the views and experiences of LGBTI+ young people aged 13 – 25 years old about life in Scotland today.
The survey aims to ensure the voices of LGBTI+ young people are heard by decision-makers, and to provide a snapshot of life across a range of areas, including:
- education
- the NHS
- mental health
- coming out
- safety
- work
- home life
- representation and the media
LGBTYS is keen hear from a wide range of young people from across Scotland, in order to make this research representative of people’s experiences in Scotland.
Young people who complete the survey can then enter a draw to win one of 20 £50 Amazon vouchers.
The survey is conducted every 5 years; this is the third time LGBTYS has done so. As the survey covers many areas, it should take around 20 – 30 minutes to complete.
