Kingdom Support and Care (KSC) are currently recruiting Support Workers, based in Slamannan, Falkirk.
The position £8.75 – £8.97 per hour (plus a payment of £70 per sleepover shift), with various shift patterns.
Applicants should be upbeat, confident and energetic, and have a driving license and the use of a car, though this is not essential; the successful candidates will be subject to a Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) check.
KSC offers an induction period with tailored training and a buddy system for new staff. The successful candidates will be providing care and support to help people live in their own homes, have as full a life as possible, and be part of their communities. This includes paying bills, shopping and cinema trips, attending community meetings,
and housework, amongst others.
KSC are also hosting a recruitment event for anyone who wants to find out more about their organisation and what they do, learn more about the role and the Support and Care team, while also meeting some of the people KSC supports.
The event takes place on Wednesday 16th January, 10am – 4pm at the James Bank Hostel, 29 James Street, Dunfermline, Fife, KY12 7QE, where KSC is based.
