Kinetic Youth is a registered national charity delivering youth work and informal education services within the secure estate (prisons), in Youth Offenders Institutes (YOIs) with young people under 18 years old, in the adult estate with young people aged 18 – 25 years old, and in some secure children’s homes and education settings.

They have recently expanded into Scotland, and will shortly begin working at HMYOI Polmont in Brightons; as a result, they are now recruiting for the following positions:

Senior Youth Work Coordinator (full time including evenings, with a salary of £33,617 – £38,625 per annum, or a pro rata wage of £17.47 – £20.08 per hour)
Youth Work Coordinator (full time including evenings, with a salary of £28,491 – £32,597 per annum, or a pro rata wage of £14.81 – £16.94 per hour)
2 Specialist Youth Work Supervisors (part-time at 18.5 hours per week, including evenings, with a salary of £28,491 – £29,291 per annum, or a pro rata wage of £14.81 – £16.06 per hour)
2 Youth Work Supervisors (part-time at 14 hours per week, including evenings, £24,651 – £27,678 per annum, or a pro rata wage of £12.81 – £14.39 per hour)
Youth Support Worker (part-time at 2 evenings a week, with a salary of £20,949 – £23,548 per annum, or a pro rata wage of £10.89 – £12.26 per hour)
