The Kelvin Valley and Falkirk LEADER Programme 2014-2020 is holding a local information session for applicants on Thursday 21st April, 4pm-7pm at the Forth Valley Sensory Centre, Camelon FK1 4DD. There are no booking requirements.
LEADER is a rural development programme which aims to promote economic and community development in rural areas. The programme open for funding applications from community organisations, charitable organisations and social enterprises for projects that meet the priorities of the Local Development Strategy, and take place within the eligible rural area.
Grants are available from £5,000 to £125,000, with LEADER typically funding up to 50% of eligible costs. Schemes are also available for small rural businesses and farmers looking to diversify, with grants of up to £25,000 available for eligible activity.
