Phase 2 of Scottish Government’s “Increasing Understanding of Autism Fund” (administered by Inspiring Scotland) will close to new applications shortly.
Grants of up to £50,000 are available for innovative ways to support autistic people to access and participate in their communities, or to engage non-autistic people to increase their understanding of autism. Applicant organisations must be able to demonstrate that they are autistic-led, co-produced, or how they plan to consult autistic people in the development of their project.
The funding will last for 18 months, October 2021 – March 2023. The total funding for Phase 2 is £400,000, which will be split amongst multiple projects.
Inspiring Scotland’s Autism Team will work closely with funded organisations to provide support and advice throughout the duration of their projects.
The deadline for applications is 12pm on Tuesday 13th July.
