Falkirk Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) are currently seeking to recruit a third sector representative to the Integration Joint Board (IJB). As the current cycle for representatives is due to finish in April 2018, this will be when the newly elected member will start.
The representative recruited to the IJB will be part of a third sector organisation that currently delivers health and or social care services in the Falkirk Council area. Falkirk HSCP would like to hear from members of third sector organisations that currently deliver these services in the Falkirk Council area.
This role will provide the third sector representative with an opportunity to help the board with planning, managing and delivering health and social care services in the Falkirk Council area.
Three drop-in sessions are being held for anyone interested in joining the IJB, as a chance to ask questions and learn more about the role, on the following dates:
- Friday 15th December 2017, 10:30am – 12pm at Forth Valley Sensory Centre, Redbrae Road, Camelon, FK1 4DD
- Tuesday 16th January 2018, 1pm – 2:30pm at Forth Valley Sensory Centre, Redbrae Road, Camelon, FK1 4DD
- Tuesday16th January 2018, 6pm – 7pm at Falkirk Community Hospital, Administration Offices, Westburn Avenue, Falkirk, FK1 5SU
The closing date for nominations will be 5pm on Wednesday 17th January 2018.
