Scottish Government has opened its consultation on section 38 of the Human Trafficking and Exploitation (Scotland) Act 2015: “Duty to notify and provide information about victims”.
The consultation will gather views on who should be subject to the duty, what information should be included in notifications to and from Police Scotland, who they should pass information on to, and other bodies Scottish Government should work with.
