Home-Start Falkirk West requires a Part- Time Coordinator to work 16 hours per week with a salary of £20,870 – pro rata 16 hours per week.
This is a one year Fixed Term Contract, with a possible extension depending on funding.
Home-Start Falkirk West is a Voluntary organisation committed to promoting the welfare of families with at least one child under five years of age.
Their Volunteers offer regular support, friendship and practical help to families in their own homes, helping to prevent family crisis and breakdown.
They are looking for an enthusiastic part – time Coordinator to actively recruit, train, supervise and support a team of volunteers.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A good standard of education
- Parenting experience and an understanding of the needs of children and families
- Experience of delivering training
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of office systems
