Falkirk Health and Social Care Partnership has confirmed the successful applicants to its Health Inequalities and Wellbeing Fund.
After 2 rounds of applications, 15 projects targeting health and social inequalities have secured a total of £556,633.
Launched earlier this year, the fund was aimed at third sector organisations, community groups, and statutory bodies taking creative approaches to tackle health and social inequalities, and improve the wellbeing of people in Falkirk.
The successful applications range from £10,225 – £50,000, to be spent over the next 2 years and widen access to services based in local communities.
