The Health and Social Care Project have developed a handbook in order to help third sector interfaces decide on approaches to developing the third sector’s role in health and social care integration.
The handbook offers background information, an analysis of the role of third sector interfaces, and other third sector organisations, are likely to play regarding integration(based on discussion with key stakeholders), and a set of tools to help scope, shape and define the developing role of the third sector.
The Health and Social Care Project is led by Volunteer Action Scotland (VAS), in partnership with the ALLIANCE and Coalition of Care and support Providers in Scotland (CCPS).
