“Young Women Lead” Leadership Project: Programmes Intern Vacancy

Scottish Parliament and the Young Women’s Movement have launched the 2019/20 Young Women Lead (YWL) Project, and are currently recruiting a Programmes Intern. The position is 14 hours per week, with a fixed term contract for one year from the start date (which is negotiable), based in Edinburgh or Glasgow and a wage in line with the Living Wage. The deadline for applications is 5pm on Friday 13th September. Please note that due to the nature of this role, it is reserved for women only, under Schedule 9, Paragraph 1 of the Equality Act 2010.

OSCR Chief Executive Officer Vacancy

The Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator (OSCR) is currently hiring a new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), based in Dundee. The position is 37 hours per week, with a salary of £64,000 – £117,800 per annum. The successful candidate will report to OSCR’s Board, and will be responsible for leading and facilitating corporate strategic and policy development considerations. The closing date for applications is Friday 6th September.

Forth Valley Social Enterprise Network First Anniversary Meeting

The Forth Valley Social Enterprise Network (SEN) is celebrating its first anniversary! Celebrations take place at the next SEN meeting on Friday 30th August, 10am – 1pm at the Cochrane Hall, West Stirling Street, Alva, FK12 5LJ. The meeting features a full programme, with the launch of the Clackmannanshire Map of Social Enterprises, and the official launch of both the Clackmannanshire and Stirling Social Enterprise Strategies

2019/20 “Young Women Lead” Leadership Project: Applications Open

Scottish Parliament and the Young Women’s Movement have launched the 2019/20 Young Women Lead (YWL) Project, a leadership programme for young women from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) communities living in Scotland, who are 30 years old and younger. Applications to the Project and its related internship are now open. The closing date for applications to the Project is Friday 13th September.
