The Forth Valley Rape Crisis Centre (FVRCC) provides free and confidential information, advocacy and support to anyone, over 13, in the Forth Valley area affected by sexual violence.
They are currently recruiting a University and Colleges Support and Development Worker.
The position is 21 hours per week, with a salary of £27,828 per annum (pro rata) and a fixed term contract until June 2022, based across Forth Valley (mainly Falkirk and Stirling).
Applicants should have at least 3 years’ experience of providing direct support to survivors of sexual violence, and experience of developing and maintaining service relationships with partners, along with excellent communications skills, the ability to prioritise, and familiarity with IT.
The successful candidate will provide support to survivors of sexual violence who are involved with the University of Stirling and Forth Valley Colleges, working alongside the Centre management and key university and college staff to deliver quality support services to survivors, as part of a new partnership.
