Communities, businesses and farms in rural locations across the Falkirk Council area can apply for funding from the new Kelvin Valley & Falkirk LEADER 2014-2020 programme.
Projects within Falkirk, East Dunbartonshire and North Lanarkshire can access up to £2.8 million over the next five years.
The programme is managed by a Local Action Group (LAG) and the priority is funding business development and farm diversification under three programme themes:
- Heritage
- Tourism and Leisure
- Community Services and Facilities, Local Business and Employment
The minimum grant is £5,000 and the maximum is £125,000.
