Falkirk Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) has begun the next phase of engagement on its strategic plan, which will shape the future of local health and social care services across Falkirk District. This includes an online survey to gather feedback on a draft vision and priorities. The Partnership is looking to hear from its partners, local communities and people, and third sector groups and organisations.

The proposed vision describes what Falkirk HSCP wants to achieve in the medium to long term: “Local people can live well and independently, supported by accessible services that work together and focus on prevention.” To achieve this, the Partnership has proposed three priorities for the next 10 years: living well, staying independent and connected; finding and using the right care; caring together for a sustainable future.

The new plan, running 2026 – 2036, will be launched later this year, and will set the future direction for services. The deadline for responses to the online survey is Friday 18 September 2026.
