Falkirk Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) is holding a Delivery Plan Session on Friday 20^th March at the Boardroom in Denny Town House, Town House Street, Denny, FK6 5DL.

The session is open to third sector groups and organisations (including charities, social enterprises, voluntary and community groups), and will provide them with the opportunity to input and identify where they can contribute to the new HSCP delivery plan.

Falkirk HSCP Heads of Integration, Martin Thom and Lorraine Paterson, will be attending the session.
