Ahead of bookings opening for next year’s Falkirk Funders Fayre, we can confirm a number of funders already booked to join us on the day!
Taking place on Tuesday 19th March 2024 in Grangemouth, this FREE event is designed to give third sector, charity and voluntary organisations and social enterprises the opportunity to meet with a range of diverse funders, and to learn about the various grant funding schemes that are available.
New for 2024’s event, we have also invited a range of support organisations who can help local groups and organisations save money on costs, including energy bills.
Funders and support organisations on the day will include (with more to be announced in the new year):
- the Community Ownership Fund
- Falkirk Schools Charity Board
- Falkirk Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP)
- Shared Care Scotland
- Utility Aid
- Virgin Money
- the National Lottery Community Fund Scotland
- Robertson Trust
- Tesco Stronger Starts
This year’s event will be the 10th anniversary, tying in wonderfully with our birthday year. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions and to obtain information on how to apply and learn about the criteria funders use when assessing applications.
The Funders Fayre will take place at the Bowhouse Community Centre, 130 Bowhouse Road, Grangemouth, FK3 0EU.
Everyone is welcome at the event, though it is aimed at third sector groups and organisations, including charities, social enterprises, community and voluntary groups. Organisations from outwith the Falkirk area are also welcome to attend.
Booking information will be released shortly – we hope you can all join us for what we hope will be an incredible anniversary event.
