SUMMARY:Climate Forth Community Bulb Planting Event
DESCRIPTION:Rannoch Park in Grangemouth (FK3 0JE) was identified as a suitable greenspace for improvement works that will support the delivery of the Climate FORTH project by Inner Forth Futures. They are delivering a series of interventions at the Park\, which focus on reducing the impacts of heavy rainfall and supporting climate adaptation and resilience. For more information about the project\, please visit the Rannoch Park – Green Action Trust website (linked for your convenience). \nTo support this project\, they are looking for volunteers to help plant Bulbs and Trees in Rannoch Park on Saturday 28 February 2026. There will be two separate sessions running throughout the day – suitable clothing and footwear is required at both sessions and all tools will be provided. \n\nSession 1: 11am-1pm: Open session\n\nOpen to all – to book your place\, please contact: james.stead@rspb.org.uk \n\nSession 2: 1:30-3:30pm: Green Careers Taster Session\n\nThis session is for ages 14–25\, who are interested in gaining green skills. This session is a great way to gain experience\, and make a positive impact in the area.
