SUMMARY:Know Your Numbers: Financial Literacy Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Just Enterprise is a Scottish Government-funded programme for the Third Sector in Scotland\, providing support\, training and information to start\, develop\, grow and lead a social enterprise. \nOn Tuesday 9 December 2025\, 10.30am-12pm\, they are hosting a free online workshop designed to help participants understand and interpret annual accounts. The workshop will use a real set of accounts to explain key financial terms and concepts. Key learnings to be covered include: \n\nHow to read annual accounts\nUnderstanding the balance sheet vs. income\nThe role of cash and assets\nEssential financial insights for Boards\n\nOpen to all\, the session is ideal for individuals with little or no experience in accountancy or budgeting\, particularly those involved in reviewing organisational financial documents. \nThis fully funded session is part of Just Enterprise’s support offerings and aims to build confidence in financial literacy and empower participants to assess the financial health of their organisation. \nFor further information\, please visit the Just Enterprise website (linked for your convenience).
