SUMMARY:YouthVIP Research Report Launch Event
DESCRIPTION:YouthVIP will launch their research report into young people’s views of volunteering with an online event on Wednesday 18 June 2025\, 11am – 12:30pm\, via Microsoft Teams. \nYouthVIP is a partnership project involving Young Scot\, Volunteering Matters\, YouthLink Scotland and a panel of young volunteers\, the YouthVIP Panel. Together\, they conducted a survey and focus groups with young people across Scotland\, to try to understand what their views and experiences are of volunteering. \nThe launch event has been shaped by the young volunteers of the YouthVIP Panel\, and will cover the report findings\, including the benefits and attraction of volunteering young people have experienced\, along with barriers to getting and staying involved.
