DESCRIPTION:“How do we remove the barriers that stop young people from becoming trustees?” \n\n\n\nEastside People is holding an online session as part of the Festival of Trusteeship during Trustees’ Week 2025\, taking place on Wednesday 5 November 2025\, 6pm – 7pm. \nSupported by the Institute of Leadership\, “Young Trustees Wanted: Unlocking the Next Generation” will look at tackling the barriers young people face in joining boards\, and explore what’s working and what’s not\, when it comes to recruiting and retaining younger trustees. \nThe session is aimed at aspiring and serving young trustees\, and those looking to bring fresh perspectives onto their boards.
