SUMMARY:“What Carers Need to Know” Online Session
DESCRIPTION:From September\, Falkirk and Clackmannanshire Carers Centre will be running weekly “What Carers Need to Know” online information sessions\, with the first taking place on Tuesday 1st September\, 10:30am – 12pm via Zoom. \nPart of “Care with Confidence”\, these sessions are aimed at those who are relatively new to caring\, or carers who would like to know more about the help and support available\, and how to deal with some of the challenges caring can bring. \nTo make the sessions as accessible as possible for carers\, each session will be repeated on different days of the week and at different times throughout September and October\, depending on demand. \nSessions topics will include “Communicating Effectively” and “Stress & Relaxation”\, amongst others. \nFor further information\, including a full list of session dates and topics\, please view or download the “What Carers Need to Know” programme. \nAlternatively\, to book your place at any session\, or for further information\, contact Cath Brunton by phone: 07857671347\, or email catherinebrunton@centralcarers.co.uk
