SUMMARY:Time to Talk Day 2021
DESCRIPTION:Time to Talk Day 2021 takes place across the UK and Ireland on Thursday 4th February. \nTime to Talk Day is an annual event which aims to help people throughout the country talking about mental health; this year\, the theme is “The Power Of Small”\, as a small conversation about mental health has the power to make a big difference and is something we can all do\, something which has become more necessary than ever in the last year. \nDue to the COVID-19 pandemic\, the normal physical events will not be possible; as a result\, SeeMe Scotland has organised a number of virtual events on the day\, via Facebook Live. \nOn Wednesday 3rd February\, their director Wendy Halliday will also be talking with the directors from Time to Change\, Time to Change Wales and Change Your Mind in Northern Ireland\, about why campaigning to tackle mental health stigma and discrimination is still so important. \nThey have asked people to share their events and activities via social media\, by tagging them with @seemescotland and the #TimeToTalk hashtag. \nFor further information\, please visit the SeeMe Scotland website.
