DESCRIPTION:Time To Talk Day 2020 will take place on Thursday 6th February. \nThe campaign aims to encourage people across the country to talk about mental health\, and challenge discrimination through these conversations. \nOrganisers (who include SeeMe Scotland) hope that open and frank conversations about mental health will help end the stigma and feelings of isolation\, shame and worthlessness around mental health. \n2020’s theme will further focus around conversation through a take on the popular game\, “Would you rather…?” Questions are provided to help start the conversations\, though those taking part can also make up their own. \nFor further information (including different ways to participate and online resources)\, please visit the SeeMe Scotland website.
