SUMMARY:Third Sector Response Forum: October Meeting
DESCRIPTION:The next meeting of the COVID-19 Third Sector Response Forum will take place on Wednesday 20th October\, 3pm – 5pm\, via Zoom. \nThis meeting will feature a specific Funding Focus\, with information on the new resource pack and funding offer for community-led support services for vulnerable people (developed in partnership between CVS Falkirk and Falkirk Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP))\, and highlighting other funding opportunities such as Scottish Government’s Victim Centred Approach Fund\, and the Postcode Dream Fund\, amongst others. Lesley MacArthur from Falkirk HSCP will be in attendance to answer any questions on the resource pack. \nThere will also e discussion around particular “COVID Challenges”\, and how the third sector can work together in Falkirk to resolve these. \nWhile we appreciate and value the input from our public sector and private partners during these forum meetings\, this particular meeting is designed to give space to third sector groups and organisations operating in Falkirk. \nThe agenda\, and the minutes of the previous meeting are available on the CVS Falkirk website. \nTo attend the meeting\, or for further information\, please contact Scott Malcolm by email: Scott.Malcolm@cvsfalkirk.org.uk
