SUMMARY:The Status of Young Women in Scotland 22-23 Report Launch
DESCRIPTION:The Young Woman’s Movement (YWM) will be launching their latest report\, “The Status of Young Women in Scotland (SYWS) 22-23: Experiences of Accessing Healthcare”\, at an online event on Tuesday 25th April\, 12:30pm – 1:30pm. \nThe report explores young women and people of marginalised genders’ experiences of accessing healthcare in Scotland\, from registering with a medical centre\, GP or dentist\, to making appointments\, to experiences of being treated by and interacting with healthcare professionals\, accessing healthcare is a journey. \nSYWS 22-23 highlights young people’s experiences throughout this journey\, and changes needed to support them to access the healthcare in Scotland that they need and deserve. \nThe launch event will feature discussions and a Q&A about the report with the research team from YWM\, along with input from the young people who have supported and contributed to the report. \nFor further information\, including how to book your place\, please visit the Eventbrite page.
