SUMMARY:Strathcarron Hospice Meeting on End of Life Care Views
DESCRIPTION:There are many people living with long term conditions.  As their illness progresses\, both they and their carers can become increasingly isolated.  Making plans for end of life can be difficult and challenging\, but doing so can reduce worry and maintain control through the many challenges faced at this time. \nStrathcarron Hospice are holding a meeting to discuss end of live care on Thursday 1st September\, 10am – 12pm at the Archibald Russell Centre\, Head of Muir\, Denny\, FK6 5JZ.  Tea and cake will be provided. \nThey would like to hear about what helps people think about\, talk about\, and make plans for end of life care\, and what gets in the way of them doing this. \nTo book your place\, or to share your views if you cannot make the meeting\, please contact Susan High by phone 01324 826222\, or email: susan.high@nhs.net
