DESCRIPTION:The Health and Social Case Alliance (the ALLIANCE) Scotland has released the programme of events for Self Management Week 2023. \nEvents will take place each day during the week\, which runs Monday 18th September – Thursday 21st September. \nSelf Management Week aims to celebrate and highlight the benefits of self management\, this year through a series of online and in-person events and activities exploring a range of topics\, including self management itself\, and health and wellbeing. \nThere is also a Communications Pack\, along with an ongoing awareness raising campaign. \nFor further information\, please visit the programme of events\, or visit the dedicated Self Management Week page.
