DESCRIPTION:Self Management Week 2020 takes place Monday 28th September – Friday 2nd October\, with this year’s theme being My Wellbeing\, My Life. \nThe national week highlights and recognises self management approaches happening across Scotland\, raises awareness across health\, social care and the third sector\, and engages people to think about how self management can support their health and wellbeing. \nTo celebrate\, the Health and Social Care ALLIANCE Scotland has released a toolkit to support people getting involved in the week\, which includes key messages for the week\, draft tweets\, logos\, customisable graphics\, and Zoom backgrounds\, amongst others. \nThere is a busy and engaging schedule of digital events taking place\, from interactive sessions focused on holistic support\, and sessions on digital tools to support self management\, to discussion sessions aiming to generate learning around self management experiences during COVID-19. \nFor further information on these events\, please visit the ALLIANCE’s Self Management Week event page. \nAlternatively\, for further information\, visit the ALLIANCE website.
