DESCRIPTION:The Scottish Council on Deafness (SCoD) are holding their annual conference on Thursday 9th March at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel\, 36 Cambridge St\, Glasgow G2 3HN. \nTitled “Connect and Capitalise”\, the conference’s keynote speech will be delivered by Maureen Watt\, MSP and Minister for Mental Health.  There will also be talks from Yvonne Strachan\, CBE\, from the Scottish Government\, and Martyn Evans from the Carnegie Trust UK. \nConnect and Capitalise aims to build on the connections and partnerships that have been made in recent years\, and at previous SCoD conferences. \nFor further information\, including ticket prices and how to book your place\, please visit the SCoD website.
