DESCRIPTION:NHS Education for Scotland has organised a free workshop called “Readiness for Collaboration”\, taking place on Wednesday 24th May\, 9:30am – 12:30pm at the Best Western Park Hotel\, Camelon Road\, Falkirk\, FK1 5RY. \nThe event has been specifically developed for Health and Social Care Partnerships\, and places are open to anyone who works in health and social care integration to improve outcomes for service users. \nThe workshop will support participants to: \n\nrecognise the factors that can affect collaborative relationships\nimprove the conversations participants have with their colleagues\nuse their sources of resilience\n\nThere are only 40 places available for the workshop\, so booking is essential. \nTo book your free place\, please visit the workshop webpage.
