DESCRIPTION:Playlist for Life’s Falkirk Community Network invites people to their next event exploring the powerful link between personal music and dementia. \nTaking place on Thursday 26 June 2025\, the event will run 1:30pm – 2:30pm\, with time for discussion and networking until 3pm\, at The Place to Pause & Breathe\, 18 High Street\, Bonnybridge\, FK4 1DA. \nThis community gathering (funded by the Falkirk Communities Mental Health and Wellbeing Fund\, administered by CVS Falkirk & District) is open to people living with dementia\, caregivers\, and anyone interested in how personalised music can enhance wellbeing and memory recall. The event will include: \n\ninsights into the impact of music on dementia\npersonal stories and lived experiences\ninteractive workshops on creating and using therapeutic playlists\nopportunities for open discussion and networking\n\nAttendees are encouraged to bring along 2 songs which hold personal meaning\, to share as part of the interactive experience. \nFree refreshments will be provided\, and the venue is fully accessible.
