DESCRIPTION:NHS Forth Valley has confirmed it still has some limited places on its upcoming “Ask\, Tell” mental health and suicide prevention workshops\, on: \n\nSeries 13: Tuesday 26th October\, Tuesday 2nd November\, and Tuesday 9th November\, 10am – 11am\nSeries 14: Wednesday 17th November\, Wednesday 24th November\, Wednesday 1st December\, 2pm – 3pm\n\nThe workshops cover mental wellbeing\, suicide prevention and having compassionate conversations with people experiencing mental distress or who may feel suicidal.
