DESCRIPTION:Volunteer Scotland\, along with other UK partners\, invite voluntary organisations to attend the UK wide launch event for the new Investing in Volunteers (IiV) standards\, on Wednesday 24th March\, 2pm – 3:30pm. \nInvesting in Volunteers is a UK quality standard for good practice in volunteer management and allows participants to assess the quality of their volunteer management and involvement\, and prove and improve the effectiveness of their work with volunteers. \nThe session aims to: \n\nintroduce attendees to the new 2021 IiV standards and process\nhelp attendees learn more about the benefits of IiV from IiV achievers and volunteers\nallow attendees to hear from a panel of customers\, assessors and volunteers\nprovide space to answer your questions about the new standards\n\nTo book your free place\, or for further information\, please visit the Eventbrite page.
