Falkirk Council have organised a training course looking at unconscious bias, ethics and values in the role of Named Person or Lead Professional.
The course, titled Working Well Together, will take place on Wednesday 25th October, 9:30am – 1pm at Rossvail, 108A Glasgow Road, Camelon, FK1 4HS, and is aimed at Named Persons, Lead Professional or members of the Team Around the Child.
Learning outcomes include raising awareness of diversity, ethics and unconscious bias, providing attendees with a good understanding of ethics, values and how to apply this in practice, and helping attendees reflect on their practice, how they contribute to shared decision-making alongside their partners in the team around the child.
