SUMMARY:Multi-Agency Self-Neglect and Hoarding Awareness Training
DESCRIPTION:Falkirk Council’s Adult Support and Protection (ASP) team is holding Multi-Agency Self-Neglect and Hoarding Awareness Training throughout the year via Teams\, with the next course taking place on Monday 18th July from 12:15pm. \nThe course is designed to bring together a range of partners from different agencies to explore supportive interventions for adults who experience self-neglect and hoarding. \nHarm like self-neglect and hoarding can often be hidden\, as the adults experiencing it can be isolated and not want others to be aware of their situation.  The course is designed to ensure that all agencies providing services to adults who may be experiencing self-neglect and hoarding are able to recognise it and know how to respond in the most supportive way. \nFor further information\, including all course dates\, please visit the online booking form.
