SUMMARY:Lloyds TSB Foundation Funding Surgeries
DESCRIPTION:Lloyds TSB Foundation for Scotland is holding funding surgeries in Glasgow over the coming months to provide information and advice to charities that wish to make a funding application to their Henry Duncan Awards. \nYou may be eligible to receive funding if you are: \n\na registered charity in Scotland\nhave an income of less than £500\,000\nare delivering programmes or services which are clearly focused on improving the quality of life for members of the community facing disadvantage\n\nIndividual 45 minute appointments are available from 11am – 5:45pm at the funding surgeries. \nAll awards are for one year only\, and range from a few hundred pounds up to a maximum of £7\,000. Closing dates for applications are set in line with the Trustees meetings which will take place in February\, April\, June\, August\, October and December each year.  There is a 3 month period between the relevant closing date and a decision being taken on your application. \nThe first surgery will take place on Tuesday 6th June at Reidvale Neighbourhood Centre\, 13 Whitevale Street\, Glasgow\, G31 1QW. \nThe second surgery is scheduled for Tuesday 22nd August and will take place at Robertson House\, 152 Bath Street\, Glasgow\, G2 4TB. \nAdditionally\, phone or Skype surgeries may also be booked on Wednesday 7th June\, Wednesday 5th July and Wednesday 2nd August. \nFunding can be for salaries\, core costs or running costs\, and the majority of awards will fall into these categories.
