SUMMARY:Lasting Leadership Training for Community Leaders: Cohort 1
DESCRIPTION:CVS Falkirk is pleased to offer the opportunity to attend a fully funded  Lasting Leadership training programme taking place in February and March 2023. \nThe training is aimed at third sector groups and organisations\, and individuals\, involved community leadership roles\, and is designed to cover topics for personal development. \nThe training will be delivered by Jen Curran from The Lasting Difference team\, who will facilitate 2 programme dates: \n\nCohort 1: Tuesday 28th February and Tuesday 7th March\, 10am – 3:30pm\nCohort 2: Tuesday 21st March and Tuesday 28th March\, 10am – 3:30pm\n\nThe programme will cover 4 Lasting Leadership capabilities: \nDay 1 \n\nLateral leadership\, and developing leadership in every corner of your organisation.\nSuccession planning and knowledge management\, and developing capacity\, contingency planning and knowledge management processes.\n\nDay 2 \n\nSustaining energy\, focus and self-care; “looking after ourselves and others so we can do our best work”.\nEqualities: proactively encouraging and supporting leadership equality and diversity.\n\nParticipants must commit to attending both days of each Cohort Session. \nTo book your place\, or for further information\, please contact Tariq Mahmood by phone: 07717 032 024\, or email: tariq@cvsfalkirk.org.uk
