SUMMARY:Integration in Action Event: Lead Courageously
DESCRIPTION:The ALLIANCE Health and Social Care Academy and Integration Team has announced the next event in their Integration in Action series with the International Foundation for Integrated Care (IFIC) Scotland. \nTaking place on Thursday 26 June 2025 at The Studio\, 67 Hope Street\, Glasgow\, G2 6AE\, 9am – 1pm\, the event will continue from previous events in the series\, in looking at the factors which contribute to successful integration (including examples of good practice and ideas for the future\, using the Academy’s Five Ambitions for the Future of Health and Care). \nThis event will centre on the Ambition to Lead Courageously\, and is aimed at anyone working in health and social care\, the third sector\, voluntary organisations and community-led support. \n“We can all be leaders in our own lives\, communities and workplaces. We will bring people together to explore how leaders can influence and make positive change in health and social care\, the conditions necessary to effect meaningful change\, and actions leaders can take to share their power and promote collective ways of working.” \nParticipants will engage in conversations about the role of courageous leadership in health and social care through workshops and presentations.
