HLF Information Session
September 26 @ 11:00 am - 1:00 pm
The Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) receives fewer funding applications from minority ethnic and cultural communities, disabled people and young people aged 15 – 25 years old.
They are keen to help more of these groups to celebrate their heritage, and are delivering an information session, on Wednesday 26th September, 11am – 1pm, where groups representing these communities will learn about the types of grant funding programmes and how to apply.
The information session will also explain what can be considered a heritage project, and that participating organisations do not need to be a heritage organisation to apply.
Projects exploring cultures and memories have been shown to help bring people and communities closer together, and can bring many different benefits to organisations with a focus on community, culture, health or sport, while getting out, meeting others and actively engaging with a heritage project also contribute to health and wellbeing.
The information session will take place at the CVS Falkirk offices, Unit 6, Callendar Business Park, Falkirk, FK1 1XR.
Places are strictly limited, and booking is essential; organisations can send more than one person, but restrictions apply.
To book your place to attend, please contact CVS Falkirk by phone: 01324 692000, or email: email@example.com
