SUMMARY:HDS 2021 Winter Conference
DESCRIPTION:Human Development Scotland (HDS) is holding their 2021 Winter Conference on Thursday 25th November\, 7:30pm – 9pm\, via Zoom. \nThe conference will be around the theme of climate change\, with speakers\, presentations and panel discussions to discuss how psychoanalytic ideas (in particular child psychotherapy) can help understand and respond to children and young people’s concerns and feelings about climate change. \nSpeakers include: \n\nIsobel Pick\, Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist\, former Chair of the Association of Child Psychotherapists (ACP)\nMargaret Rustin\, Honorary Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist\, and former Head of Child Psychotherapy at the Tavistock Clinic\nAndrew Dawson\, professional lead for Child Psychotherapy in NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde\nJoan Herrmann\, Former Head of Service for Adolescent Psychotherapy in NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde (CAMHS)\n\nTickets are £40 each\, or £20 for current HDS students and Friends of HDS. \nTo book your place\, or for further information\, please visit the HDS website.
