SUMMARY:Grangemouth Workshop on Industrial Decarbonisation
DESCRIPTION:Researchers from the University of Exeter are continuing their work in Grangemouth on the UKRI-funded research project\, “Net Zero Sense of Place”. \nThey will be holding an in-person workshop on industrial decarbonisation\, for residents and other interested parties\, on Thursday 2nd November\, 4pm – 7pm at Grangemouth Town Hall\, 27 Bo’ness Road\, Grangemouth\, FK3 8AN. \nThe workshop will introduce and explore an actionable framework for a place-sensitive\, socially acceptable decarbonisation process\, with action plan recommendations for Grangemouth created afterwards to help developers and organisations create constructive community-industry communication and relations in the process of low-carbon industrial transitions. \nPlaces are limited\, and booking is essential.
